170g Almond Flour

85g Shredded Cheddar Cheese

57g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

2-3 tbsp Warm Water (add gradually)

Cooking Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This prevents sticking and makes for easy cleanup.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the almond flour.

    3. Gradually add the warm water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until a dough forms. The dough should be pliable and easy to work with. Be careful not to add too much water, or the dough will become sticky.

    4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, about 1/8 inch thick. The thinner the dough, the crispier the chips will be.

    5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into desired chip shapes. Triangles or squares are popular choices.

    6. Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the cut chips onto the prepared baking sheet.
